Artists Houses Free Walking Tours

Created with stop-motion studio LAIKA, this behind-the-scenes exhibition follows the making of Wildwood from early visual research and character design to costumes, puppets, rapid prototyping, miniature sets, animation and cinematography.

Simone Brewster's first museum show explores her multidisciplinary practice across jewellery, furniture, sculpture and public architecture. Four sections trace how material histories, the female form and African diasporic traditions shape work ranging from ebonised furniture to a large-scale pillar and sound piece.

The final exhibition in Leighton House's centenary programme examines the nineteenth-century artist's studio as a workplace and source of inspiration. Across the historic house and two galleries, 56 rarely seen paintings, drawings and photographs include work by Lawrence Alma-Tadema, Paul Cézanne and Henri Matisse.
